I'm the person you call when the front end has to last.

I'm a Senior Angular / .NET engineer with ten years of experience building scalable applications, based in Romania and working across the EU. Most of my work has been in automotive, ERP and CRM — domains where software is used every day by people who did not choose it, which is a useful discipline.

What I'm actually good at is integrating quickly and taking ownership. I've joined greenfield projects as a core developer and joined established teams mid-flight, and in both cases the useful skill was the same: working out what the existing decisions were protecting before proposing to replace them.

What I keep coming back to

Design systems. I've built three — at Ivanti, Haiilo and Continental. The building is the easy part. Getting other teams to adopt one, and keeping it coherent while several products pull it in different directions, is the actual job.

Architecture that ages. Multi-repo library setups grown into micro-frontends, Nx monorepos, on-demand module loading. I've watched three "this changes everything" migrations and shipped through all of them, which has made me slower to adopt and harder to talk out of fundamentals.

Not stopping at the API boundary. Ten years of .NET Core alongside the front end. It means fewer conversations that end in "that's a backend problem".

Mentoring

I designed an Angular curriculum covering RxJS, dependency injection and component design, and used it to upskill eight developers. I've also mentored and evaluated developers on .NET Core and documentation practice. I find teaching a subject is the fastest way to discover which parts of it I only thought I understood.
